Corrective Action	Principal to review with Family Team Leader to ensure a communication plan is in place. PA's and telephones are not required in 'service rooms'.
Corrective Action Taken	A communication plan has been developed in consultation with the Family Team Leader. An email has been sent to Caretaking staff outlining details of the communication plan when they are in the boiler room.
