Corrective Action	Principal to review with Family Team Leader to ensure a communication plan is in place. PA's and telephones are not required in 'service rooms'.
Corrective Action Taken	Due to major construction in the boiler room as discuss with the inspector, we do have PA and H/C cell functional all the time.
