Health & Safety Issue Details	Do not use mat to cover electrical cords. It can damage the cords when walked over and damaged cords can't be seen. It presents a trip hazard. Use a non collapsible cable trough to protect cords.

Corrective Action	Principal and Caretaker to purchase necessary materials or reconfigure wiring. If repair work is necessary, generate SAP Notification (record the number).
