Health & Safety Issue Details	PA System intermittently works.

Corrective Action	Principal to review with Family Team Leader to ensure a communication plan is in place. PA's and telephones are not required in 'service rooms'.
Corrective Action Taken	Work orders have been put in for the PA system. It is in the process of looking at cost for the system to be replaced. All staff have Walkie Talkies and a communication plan is in place.
