Health & Safety Issue Details	Internal phone is working, but has obvious damage. May need replacing

Corrective Action	Principal to review with Family Team Leader to ensure a communication plan is in place. PA's and telephones are not required in 'service rooms'.
Corrective Action Taken	Phone is presently working to receive and to make calls and there are extra phones on site to replace it if needed and walkie-talkie in office also
