Health & Safety Issue Details	Emergency exit 1B cannot be dead bolt locked.

Corrective Action	Principal to arrange for removal of material blocking exit. For clarification on egress requirements contact Chris Moore, Standards & Compliance.
Corrective Action Taken	Six years ago, we requested to change the door to lock because of safety concern as we had students in that room with flight risk and they were using that door to run out and straight into the parking lot. All checks at that time were made with FTL and Safety office. This was also addressed last year and cleared again.
