Corrective Action	Principal to review work area with employees to make the area safe. The TDSB Housekeeping Memo outlines standards for the workplace and it is available on the OH&S Webpage.
Corrective Action Taken	this is a Library Storage Room. Students have no access to the room. We are completing a Library upgrade which includes organizing the space attached. This will be completed by the end of October.
