Health & Safety Issue Details	Roof leaked into Kinder 100 1st notification number: 13661790 Sept 23 2021.2nd leaking issue notification # 13678353 same class on Oct 28 2021. Caretaker noted roof requires significant maintenance and roof was assessed by board contract company.

Corrective Action Taken	The TDSB is well aware of this and are in the process of having roofers come in to put down new roofing very soon.
