Health & Safety Issue Observed	insufficient means of communication (ie: PA, radio, etc.)
Health & Safety Issue Details	Current video feed provides insufficient coverage of the grounds external to the building, which inhibits staff ability to communicate on dangers or risks from external sources. Sufficient camera coverage is required to effectively provide staff and students with safety on the grounds.

Corrective Action	Principal to review with Family Team Leader to ensure a communication plan is in place. PA's and telephones are not required in 'service rooms'.
Corrective Action Taken	Emailed OHS Officer, FTL and SOE with concerns of poor image and limited camera coverage around school; very poor location of ceiling mount camera in front vestibule that does not allow clear image of person at the front door - safety concern. Monitor inside the office is ceiling mounted and images are poor and too small to be able to identify people and or events - safety concern.
