Health & Safety Issue Observed	insufficient means of communication (ie: PA, radio, etc.)
Health & Safety Issue Details	The PA system does not make announcement outside the building, therefore; lockdown, hold and secure and fire calls are not heard by students and staff outside the building. An upgraded system or correction is required to ensure a PA system which reaching outside the building to the site grounds.

Corrective Action	Principal to review with Family Team Leader to ensure a communication plan is in place. PA's and telephones are not required in 'service rooms'.
Corrective Action Taken	Emailed OHS Officer, FTL and SOE with concerns of inability to communicate with students and staff in the outdoor space as there are no speakers to the outside spaces - safety concern during emergencies but also during situations that require communications between the school building and the outdoor school space where students and staff occupy simultaneously especially during Covid times where classes are outside as much as possible for safety.
