Health & Safety Issue Details	No electricity in Wellness room, the room beside the Wellness room plug is used to plug in extension cord so that Hepa filter can be used in Wellness room, head caretaker noted that notification has been done regarding issue.

Corrective Action	Principal and Caretaker to purchase necessary materials or reconfigure wiring. If repair work is necessary, generate SAP Notification (record the number).
Corrective Action Taken	Notification #13578495 to install receptacles in this room so it can be used/repurposed as office\meeting space as necessary. Formerly used as storage or Calm Room for Autism room. therefore, power was not a concern.
