Health & Safety Issue Details	No dial tone from phone.

Corrective Action	Principal to review with Family Team Leader to ensure a communication plan is in place. PA's and telephones are not required in 'service rooms'.
Corrective Action Taken	Staff entering the boiler room will have a radio.
