Health & Safety Issue Details	Please see attached photo - Fan Rm 11 is accessed by a vertical ladder. While there is a handle to the right, access requires that one balances at top of ladder - holding the bar to the right, while simultaneously opening the door with left hand. There is no ledge to stand on. By comparison, Fan Rm 10 next door has a landing outside the door and a catch bar/cage at top of ladder.
