Health & Safety Issue Details	Exposed moving parts - guarding inadequate and does not meet MOL guidelines/specifications (fingers can pass through guarding) on Fan Sup #1 SAP #10010908 - see photo. Note: last year's report had a response of, why after my 20 years and many many inspections is this no longer good" (from Glen). The short answer is because the guidelines/regs have changed. This very hazard is on our checklist for inspectors so I have no idea why no one has noted it beside myself a year ago. "
