Health & Safety Issue Observed	uneven surface - driveway, parking lot, walkway, or other
Health & Safety Issue Details	Outside Exit 7 in parking lot there has been an issue since the summer with uneven ground which is causing a large pool of water and not properly draining into sewer grate. Now that temperatures are colder this water is freezing which creates a dangerous slip hazard/trip hazard. Salting and sanding this area is only a bandaid solution and requires daily attention, must berepaired asap to prevent injuries
