Corrective Action	Caretaker to take corrective action, repair or generate SAP Notification (record the number).
Corrective Action Taken	Picture indicated this is for room 223, not room indicated on this report. Upon investigating this, the HEPA filter was found to be plugged in. Student due to sensory needs would turn off. A staff member shortly after turns it back on again. Staff will continue to monitor and ensure unit is turned on.
