Health & Safety Issue Details	Occasionally, over the past year, staff in the library have noticed fluctuations in the air quality. On some days, there is a strange smell that lingers akin to the inside of a vacuum bag. The frequency of this smell is unpredictable & at times has a burnt odour. On days when the air has this smell/feel, staff report physical symptoms/reactions. Staff are requesting improvements to air circulation & an increase in fresh outside air being mixed in.
