Health & Safety Issue Observed	excessive dust (related to tech shops)
Health & Safety Issue Details	Excessive dust in this room and possible ACM disturbance as there is presumed ACM in the ceiling plaster. Room should be closed for use during construction and signs posted, or deep cleaned daily. Ventilation system should also be shut down, if it hasn't already, to prevent dust being spread through the system to other rooms.
