Health & Safety Issue Observed	COVID-19 informational posters are not posted throughout the inspection area
Health & Safety Issue Details	Capacity limits for cafeteria not pre-determined and posted in a visible location or enforced. The set up of this shared room did not facilitate physical distancing to allow two metre/six feet distancing between students. Many students observed on the day of inspection huddled close together in groups at tables and on the stage, unmasked, talking, with little or no supervision or redirection. The employer is responsible for having measures and procedures in place to ensure that physical distancing is maintained by occupants to help control exposure to COVID19. This may include incorporating visual aids and demarcation, designating specific eating areas to specific groups of students (lunches be eaten with their peers from their morning class), and encouraging quiet lunches to reduce the potential for spreading respiratory droplets.

Corrective Action Taken	Signs with capacity limits will be posted. Students have been reminded daily through the morning announcements of safety protocols. Visual cues and reminders of physical distancing are already up in classrooms and hallways but we will add more.
