Health & Safety Issue Details	Not enough 220 volt hookups in room and what exists is located in the wrong area for the work that needs to be done, resulting in the use of long extension cords.

Corrective Action	Principal and Caretaker to purchase necessary materials or reconfigure wiring. If repair work is necessary, generate SAP Notification (record the number).
Corrective Action Taken	A request was made to Facilities on November 27, 2020.The concern escalated in June 2021.
