Health & Safety Issue Details	For some reason, this room has the fire route marked as exits 5 and 6, whereas the other rooms in the same area have the exits marked as 2 and 3. Should this route sign be updated, or, for some reason, is this room's exits different and unique?

Corrective Action	Principal to arrange for new Fire Exits placards (9951). Additional copies can be obtained through the Distribution Centre. This is a TDSB Practice, not a violation of the Fire Code.
