Corrective Action	For Chemical Storage/ Science Prep, Principal to ensure Curriculum Leader requests kit by submitting a Hazardous Waste Removal form. For Pool Filter Rooms Head Caretaker to coordinate through FTL.
Corrective Action Taken	As H&S were told on site the room in question is a closed room and no longer a science room. It was changed over to a regular classroom when the school became a middle school from a junior high.
