Health & Safety Issue Observed	display(s) not within TDSB standards as outlined by OH&S and Standards & Compliance (ie; artwork, hanging displays, paper on walls)
Health & Safety Issue Details	There is a sign saying the capacity limits are 12, yet there is no filter in the room. There needs to be a filter as teachers do use the room during lunch and masks are off.

Corrective Action	Principal to ensure doors and windows are clear of artwork. Displays are not hanging from ceiling or fixtures and are not covering more than 20 % of walls. See the TDSB Housekeeping Memo for additional information, on the OH&S Webpage.
Corrective Action Taken	As per policy shared with us, staff are expected to eat in their rooms. Staff room is another option. Facility has been approached in the past. They indicated that since it is not an INSTRUCTIONAL PLACE, HEPA Filter will NOT be provided. All Doors and windows in staff room are clear of any art work. If Instructions indicating COVID Protocol is posted that is for staff top read and follow through.Caretakers have been instructed to open the windows that they do every morning. If some staff close them then reminders have been given.There is NOTHING hanging from the ceiling in the staff room.
