Health & Safety Issue Observed	Directional/traffic flow decals are not present throughout the area
Health & Safety Issue Details	Decals should be present on floor. There was none on both first and second floor. Sticking directional arrows with tape on walls can be easily removed.

Corrective Action	Directional/traffic flow decals can be ordered through Imprints. Contract # 4600010936
Corrective Action Taken	Direction/Traffic Flow are on the walls and staff and students are trained on it. It was on the floor. Caretakers while polishing the floor scrubbed and removed them. Please send extra staff to help us in placing the new ones back as we are short staff now.
