Corrective Action Taken	This is not the instructional area as per Safe & Caring Department. No teaching is taking place. Staff come here to eat and place back their masks. It is not a socializing area. It has proper ventilation and air-filteration system has been recently upgraded. The Facility has declined the request and is not providing.
