Health & Safety Issue Details	Carbon Monoxide Detector needed in Boiler room. Please put in notification for an electrician to install and have it as Urgent. Also, once CMD installed you must post sign on Boiler room door if alarm sounds evacuate building immediately and notify call centre for emergency services.
