Health & Safety Issue Details	The entrance of the door and up the sides of the wall are fully covered in paper and that is a fire hazard.

Corrective Action	Principal to ensure doors and windows are clear of artwork. Displays are not hanging from ceiling or fixtures and are not covering more than 20 % of walls. See the TDSB Housekeeping Memo for additional information, on the OH&S Webpage.
Corrective Action Taken	All art work removed. Ceiling displays removed by teaching staff.
