Health & Safety Issue Details	All common areas like washrooms, main offices, photocopier rooms and staff rooms should have a maximum occupancy limit sign put up near entrances to promote social distancing. Principal/manager determines limit.

Corrective Action	Principal to ensure doors and windows are clear of artwork. Displays are not hanging from ceiling or fixtures and are not covering more than 20 % of walls. See the TDSB Housekeeping Memo for additional information, on the OH&S Webpage.
Corrective Action Taken	We will order some extra maximum occupancy signs from the Distribution Centre and put them up outside of these rooms, and will follow up with staff about doors and windows being clear of artwork.
