Corrective Action	Principal and Caretaker to purchase necessary materials or reconfigure wiring. If repair work is necessary, generate SAP Notification (record the number).
Corrective Action Taken	The AV cart is portable moving from class to class, that is why no covering has been place. Spoke with teacher we are going to do a better job with the extension cords to prevent trip hazards.
