Health & Safety Issue Observed	inappropriate storage of materials/furniture/shelving, or clutter
Health & Safety Issue Details	The fan room, in the main office, continues to be used as a storage. This poses a hazard as it is incompatible with safe usage of the equipment and blocks workers ability to safely access the fans. Removal of the materials are required.

Corrective Action	Principal to review work area with employees to make the area safe. The TDSB Housekeeping Memo outlines standards for the workplace and it is available on the OH&S Webpage.
