Health & Safety Issue Details	In room 206 the bristol type board above windows has a dark area that could be mould. Please have it removed. Please put in notification to replace. Wiping with disinfectant only takes out the exterior/surface but inside the material can pose a health issue.

Corrective Action	Principal to work with Caretaker to address concerns. If further action is required, create a Notification in SAP for appropriate trades to investigate. Contact your Regional OH&S Officer if no action is undertaken by Facilities Services.
