Health & Safety Issue Observed	display(s) not within TDSB standards as outlined by OH&S and Standards & Compliance (ie; artwork, hanging displays, paper on walls)
Health & Safety Issue Details	In room 208 artwork is displayed on wooden door. All artwork should not be displayed on doors cause it is a fire hazard. Also, a metre from the doorway on both sides should not have any artwork cause it is flammable.

Corrective Action	Principal to ensure doors and windows are clear of artwork. Displays are not hanging from ceiling or fixtures and are not covering more than 20 % of walls. See the TDSB Housekeeping Memo for additional information, on the OH&S Webpage.
Corrective Action Taken	The teacher has removed the items on the door (materials blocking the exit).
