Health & Safety Issue Details	There is no sign on the door to indicate the limit for occupancy. there is also too much storage in the room and a Hepa filter is needed whenever occupied.

Corrective Action Taken	Floor decals were ordered in September since everything was removed from the floor for summer cleaning. We just received them and the decals are being put out this week.Room 211, excess furniture has been removed.Room 211, a sign has been posted to indicate maximum occupancy.
