Health & Safety Issue Details	Power bar and electrical cords are draped over the sink, and connected to a microwave, which should be plugged directly into a power source. Removal of the power bar is required, and appropriate use of electrical outlets adjacent to water is required.

Corrective Action	Principal and Caretaker to purchase necessary materials or reconfigure wiring. If repair work is necessary, generate SAP Notification (record the number).
