Health & Safety Issue Observed	trip hazard (i.e. flooring, other materials)
Health & Safety Issue Details	There was a Tarp taped to the carpet for students to be seated on on. This is unsafe due to covid and students should not be seated there. Taking their chairs on the carpet is a suggested option. Also, students seated at the round table facing each other is a hazard, especially during lunchtime with masks off. Students should be facing the same direction when seated.
