Health & Safety Issue Details	Drinking fountains are functioning. Only bottle fill stations should be operational, students should not be able to drink directly from fountains.

Corrective Action	Principal to remind staff/student that drinking fountains are not to be used at this time. Only bottle filling is allowed at designated fixtures.
Corrective Action Taken	Reminders were made to school. Fountain was closed and taped off.
