Health & Safety Issue Details	Extension cord is draped through the ceiling and across student desks, posing an electrical and tripping hazard. Cord should be removed and outlets adjacent to the front of the room should be fixed.

Corrective Action	Principal and Caretaker to purchase necessary materials or reconfigure wiring. If repair work is necessary, generate SAP Notification (record the number).
