Corrective Action Taken	A notification # 13684846 was created on 2021.11.11 - Carpenter Please repair 1 by 1 foot long ceiling tile on 2nd hallway. Wooden shims need to be put in some places to clamp the tiles as the screws have nowhere to screw in.
