Corrective Action	Principal to ensure doors and windows are clear of artwork. Displays are not hanging from ceiling or fixtures and are not covering more than 20 % of walls. See the TDSB Housekeeping Memo for additional information, on the OH&S Webpage.
Corrective Action Taken	Art may have been stored in this room on this particular day in preparation for an art show. We will ensure that any extraneous art work is not left in the staffroom. We have never been cited for this before and the same decor, to my knowledge has existed in this room for multiple years.
