Health & Safety Issue Details	Missing items. Please refer to checklist. Concern forms, monthly inspection not up yo date, no JHSC meeting minutes, first aid responders, harassment policy, violent incident reporting (online), all missing.

Corrective Action	Principal to ensure doors and windows are clear of artwork. Displays are not hanging from ceiling or fixtures and are not covering more than 20 % of walls. See the TDSB Housekeeping Memo for additional information, on the OH&S Webpage.
Corrective Action Taken	The documents are on the table beside the bulletin board as they keep falling off the bulletin board. I not certain which room is being referred to in this instance.
