Health & Safety Issue Details	Other: Cafeteria capacity limits not posted in a visible location or enforced by site supervisor, two metre/six feet distancing between students not enforced by site supervisor, and cohorting not enforced by site supervisor in the cafeteria.

Corrective Action	Principal to post missing sign. Signs can be ordered from the Distribution Centre. PDF copy of signs can also be found on the OH&S website.
Corrective Action Taken	Capacity signs created and posted. Chairs are set to 2 per table. All chairs face in the same direction.
