Health & Safety Issue Observed	Staff/student observed drinking directly from a drinking fountain
Health & Safety Issue Details	Other: students observed eating lunch indoors with peers not from their morning class, without a minimum distance of two metres/six feet between students, not masking when not eating, and not eating quietly. This seems to occur with little redirection or supervision from site supervisor.

Corrective Action	Principal to remind staff/student that drinking fountains are not to be used at this time. Only bottle filling is allowed at designated fixtures.
Corrective Action Taken	Announcements to students and staff are made weekly. Caretaker tapes up drinking fountains. Fountains that do not have a bottle filling station are fully covered. Fountains that do not have a bottle filling station are fully covered.
