Health & Safety Issue Details	Other: numerous students observed not wearing or not properly wearing face covers/masks indoors and on school property without consequence, reminders, or school wide efforts towards redirection from site supervisor.

Corrective Action	Principal to remind staff/student that drinking fountains are not to be used at this time. Only bottle filling is allowed at designated fixtures.
Corrective Action Taken	Announcements to students and staff are made weekly. Caretaker tapes up drinking fountain. Fountains that do not have a bottle filling station are fully covered.
