Health & Safety Issue Details	Elevator is not available. This causes accessibility, ergonomic, health, and safety issues for staff and students.

Corrective Action	Principals or Supervisor to provide employee with resource information found on the OH&S Website. Contact the Regional Health & Safety Officer to arrange for ergonomic assessment.
Corrective Action Taken	Principal has advocated with the Facility Team Leader and TDSB to replace elevator as we have multiple levels (.5 floors) which are not accessible to some staff and students with mobility issue. TDSB had a consultant (re: elevator ) visit the school on February 3rd to reassess the situation (elevator parts cannot be sourced due to the age of the elevator). Plans in place to try to replace the elevator.
