Health & Safety Issue Details	Shelf in room coming off wall due to weight. Shelf can't be repaired and needs to be replaced with appropriate shelving to handle the weight of the math books.

Corrective Action Taken	Confirmed ACL of Math, and her staff, aware not to add books to shelves. Process, involving Head Caretaker and Budget Assistant, to replace shelves started.
