Health & Safety Issue Observed	fire exit route sign (yellow TDSB) - not posted / requires updating
Health & Safety Issue Details	Many rooms have Fire Exit Signs, some have two. The sign numbers on the Exit Signs do not coincide with the door numbers.....ie....Says #3 but leads to #9, #4 leads to #7. This is an issue for EMS if they are responding to an emergency in a classroom and also confusion during a fire or evacuation.
