Health & Safety Issue Details	Walked in M2 and teacher was not wearing mask. Inside TDSB building everyone must wear masks at all times except while eating.

Corrective Action	Principal to order additional masks from the Distribution Centre.
Corrective Action Taken	We have the teacher in M2 online and teaches without a mask and the healthy and safety person walked in when he was teaching.
