Health & Safety Issue Details	I asked several Staff Members if they are aware of an active Covid Case at Second Street JPS. not one knew about it. No emails, nothing from TPH, etc. I sent email to Occupational Health and Safety Officers to investigate.

Corrective Action	Principal to review with Family Team Leader to ensure a communication plan is in place. PA's and telephones are not required in 'service rooms'.
Corrective Action Taken	Principal clarified this withoccupatiional health and safety the active covid case was taken off of the reporting website.
