Corrective Action	Principal to ensure doors and windows are clear of artwork. Displays are not hanging from ceiling or fixtures and are not covering more than 20 % of walls. See the TDSB Housekeeping Memo for additional information, on the OH&S Webpage.
Corrective Action Taken	Please include a location where the hazard is. The image is blurry. I'm not able to see where this might be so that it can be rectified. Memo will be shared with staff (TDSB Housekeeping Memo).
