Health & Safety Issue Details	Carbon monoxide detector needed for identifying abnormal release " of CO in the boiler room. For reference in Caretaking Handbook section F-5. Safety and Emergency Guideline GU.FAC.044 under Spills and Leaks Carbon Monoxide. Put notification for electrician/electronics and Urgent for detector. Also once installed any safety device should be serviced/calibrated yearly.Ã¢â‚¬
